Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the following essential functions.Serve alongside all team members of Crema, attending and participating in team meetings as directed.Lead and work closely with members of the Creative team to conceptualize, design, and fully execute all projects at Crema. This includes creating IA Maps, Wireframes, UI Design Comps, and other creative assets for both presentation and implementation.Lead and work closely with members of the Production Team to create a technical direction that is consistent with the design direction, and is structured in a way that allows for efficient implementation.Work collaboratively with the Project Manager to ensure the final product achieves a balance of quality and scope, ultimately leading to high impact and lasting value.Work closely with other members of the product management team to research and identify product development best practices, stay current on UI/UX Design trends, and “think differently”.Provide excellent customer service to all Crema stakeholders, both internal and external.Work with the Business Development team to determine the initial product definition and whether or not the project is a Crema fit.Lead Discovery and Strategy sessions with the Client and internal team members as needed.Work with the Client to create and execute a launch plan that takes the Client’s product to market.Provide assistance on special projects, tasks, and other duties as assigned.

  • Expert knowledge of the digital industry is essential.
  • Knowledge of the Lean UX process and associated tactics (Lean Model Canvas, Lean Experiments, and Design Thinking) is essential.
  • 3 – 5 years of creating strategies for clients to successfully develop and implement products.
  • 3 – 5 years of working closely with clients to conceptualize and define the user experience that creates the best product-to-market fit.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience and proven success in the areas of Product Management, User Experience, User Interface, or Interaction Design.
  • Knowledge and expert skill level in creative, user experience, and/or prototyping tools and software.
  • Excellent communication skills with other Cremalab employees and external constituencies.
  • Ability to effectively communicate Cremalab’s service offerings and value to prospective clients, with the ultimate goal of winning projects.
  • Highly effective at leading teams towards a common objective and purpose.
  • Highly organized and the ability to work under pressure from deadlines.
  • Team-oriented and display a willingness to learn from others.
  • Self-starter and willingness to jump in and hustle to get things done.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience.
