Organizations around the world are facing increased complexity, cost, and risk as they store, process, and transfer critical data. Currently, the alternatives are falling short. Kudelski Security intends to launch a new product to market – Managed Enclave. This proprietary product will create high-assurance, isolated IT environments for large enterprises and mid-sized businesses. Ultimately, it will provide customers with with a Platform as a Service that includes core IT infrastructure with consistently applied security controls & governance.
Over the course of 6 weeks, the goal of this engagement is to create a high-fidelity, clickable design prototype of the Managed Enclave product that's been tested with real users.

Backed by expertise and research into the needs of their customers, this product will:

Provide trusted access to data and critical apps
Minimize IT complexity while driving higher ROI
Enhance security with predictable costs

Primary Objectives

ENGAGEMENT DETAILS

Engagement Details

Crema and the Kudelski Security team will collaborate closely over the course of 6 weeks to produce a tested and validated product experience called Managed Enclave. Our engagement will fall into the following three phases.
$39,370
6 Weeks
August 13th

Strategy &
Alignment Session

This engagement will kick off with a 1-2 day strategy session at Crema's office in Kansas City, Missouri to define the overall direction for product development. It will involve a series of activities, including creation of the lean model canvas to identify customers, core problems being solved through technology and the unique value that Managed Enclave will provide users. Together, we will create a story spine, which is used as the basis to start capturing our initial needs for design prototyping. We will log and organize them into a shared product backlog.

Design Iteration
& Validation

From there, the Crema team will start prototyping the first iteration of clickable designs for testing with potential customers. We will quickly work to create high-fidelity screens that look and feel like a real application. During this 6-week engagement, the team will work to validate the designs among stakeholders and/or potential customers of the product. Our team will update the experience as needed to inform the next iteration of product design and testing. Typically, we get through three rounds of design and two rounds of testing in a 5-6 week duration.

Technical Planning

Concurrently, Crema’s technical team will explore the best technical approach for the product build, and prepare for development of the platform. Our team will uncover any dependencies, craft a tech stack that fits your needs, and identify third-party tools that may be needed. Based on what we uncover during the technical planning period, we will summarize our recommendation for development.

Targeted Success Objectives

A clear, unified and validated product vision for the first release of Managed Enclave
Shared understanding of the product strategy &roadmap to the first release
(Note: our assumption is that the Kudelski US product team in Atlanta will be building the application upon completion of this engagement. We intend to collaborate with them over the course of this engagement to ensure knowledge is shared).

Final Deliverables

1.

Assets and resources generated during the Strategy & Alignment Session, including a product roadmap.

2.

All design assets and prototypes created during the engagement delivered via Sketch & InVision

3.

All data and findings collected during the engagement from user tests.
