As Office Manager, Laura is responsible for General Facilities Management (KC offices), AR/AP, Payroll, Benefits Admin, and Events programming designed to enhance company culture

Laura received a broad liberal arts education before a short-lived career in apparel production. She made her way to Kansas City, met the fine folks of Crema and never looked back!

She loves the freedom of working in a Results Based Culture and the opportunity to help build a company where employees love to work. Three of her favorite things are a great book, her cat, and time spent with friends & family.
