Tucker leads Crema's Product Practice: coaching, facilitation, and delivery work focused on how product teams actually function. He's been with Crema since 2017. Most of his time is spent with clients in the middle of real team dynamics: the unclear ownership, the conversations people avoid, the momentum that stalls when nobody names the problem. He helps product leaders and their teams get honest about what's happening and build habits that make the work sustainable. He came up through product and project leadership and learned early that the hardest problems in product aren't about the product. They're about the people building it. That lens drives everything he does at Crema, from how he coaches clients to how he builds his own team.
