Fun fact: We've been using Miro since before it was even called Miro.

Back in 2019, when the tool was still called Realtime Board, our product managers were already running workshops, mapping product strategies, and collaborating with clients inside it. We didn't really adopt Miro because it was trendy. We adopted it because it was this highly useful and somewhat novel thing, and we've never really stopped using it since.

When Miro launched its Solution Partner Program and invited us to participate, we jumped at the opportunity. So we’re excited to announce that Crema is now an official Miro Solution Partner.

What it means

Our intent in participating isn’t to slap a badge on our website to call ourselves pros; there are a few things we’re working on behind the scenes to make the partnership fruitful.

Early access to new features

As a Solution Partner, we're among the first to get hands-on with what Miro is building next, including its most advanced AI capabilities. That means our team can evaluate, experiment, and bring an informed perspective to clients before features hit general availability.

Trained staff experts

Crema team members are deepening their Miro expertise through the partner program across three areas: strategic advisory, implementation and change management, and custom development and integration. If you're trying to get more out of Miro, you're working with people who know the platform inside and out.

Events in collaboration with People of Product

We're bringing Miro into the room at People of Product — our curated, private meetups for C-suite and VP-level product leaders. These sessions are where senior product leaders have the kind of honest conversations that don't happen in everyday work environments. Miro fits naturally into that context, not as a sponsor interrupting the room, but as a tool that's already part of how great product teams think and work together.

A note on how we got here

We've accidentally converted clients to Miro for years. Someone would watch us facilitate a session, ask what we were using, and ultimately adopt it themselves. We didn’t initially set out to be evangelists, we were just reaching for the tool that worked. That's why this partnership feels right. We're Mirophiles who finally have a closer relationship with a team building something we genuinely love, and we're excited to have new things to play with.
