Marketing Specialist

As a Marketing Specialist, it is your job and passion to bridge the gap between marketing and sales by being both analytical and creative! It is your job to oversee, evaluate, and implement an integrated marketing strategy that builds awareness and ultimately converts prospects into marketing originated customers.

  • Define and articulate a strategy for Crema’s marketing that will increase the percentage of sales generated from marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with the sales department to develop strategies that meet our target market(s), providing guidance on the appropriate tools, materials, and content.
  • Responsible for honing Crema’s marketing channels to understand what channels are reaching Crema’s core clients effectively & growing our primary channels for attracting potential clients.
  • Responsible for measuring and understanding all channels of Crema’s marketing in order to maximize marketing efforts.
  • Plan, direct, implement, and communicate the marketing plan, including reporting on KPIs.
  • Identify opportunities & processes for campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR. In doing so, become Crema’s POC for all external parties – media, stakeholders and strategic partnerships.

Crema participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Knowledge of digital and application development industries is essential.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience developing internal marketing strategies and plans. Specifically, the applicant should have experience and proven success in the following areas:
  • Market research and data analysis
  • Digital marketing strategy
  • Campaign development and execution
  • Key metric creation and measurement
  • Brand messaging and tone
  • Keyword and goal-focused content
  • Email marketing
  • Link buying
  • Site optimization
  • Social media
  • Paid and sponsored advertising
  • Content creation and reporting
  • Copywriting
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with Crema employees, clients and vendors.
  • Highly organized and the ability to work under pressure from deadlines.
  • Team-oriented and display a willingness to learn from others.
  • Self-starter, energetic, and willingness to jump in and hustle to get things done.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is a plus.
