Possessing a love of technology from a young age, Michelle began her career in an IT support role before transitioning into telecommunications. Realizing her true love for code, which she viewed as an intersection between art and science, she freelanced in web development as a hobby and went on to receive a BS in Computer Science with an emphasis in Software Engineering. Before joining the Crema team, Michelle worked as a developer in the insurance industry leading projects in robotics process automation and front-end development.
