Digital Marketing Specialist

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, it is your job and passion to bridge the gap between marketing and sales by being both analytical and creative! It is your job to oversee, evaluate, and implement an integrated marketing strategy that builds awareness and ultimately converts prospects into marketing originated customers.

  • With our digital strategy in mind, you will take the lead in implementing tactical measures to help Crema meet its objectives and goals. At the end of the day that means you will play large role in helping increase the percentage of sales generated from marketing efforts.
  • You are a data-maven. You’re going to be exposed to all of our marketing and sales data. We need you to tell a story with the data that will enable us to meet our ideal client profiles and target market(s) in new ways. Ultimately, you’ll provide guidance on the appropriate tools, materials, and content we should be creating and using.
  • You’ve got to know how to surf (our digital and social channels) and stay on top of the waves. We need someone who can understand the ins-and-outs of our channels, make suggestions for methods to help optimize and grow them, and determine if there are new channels we should consider for attracting potential clients.
  • You’ve gotta be great with reporting. We use data to measure progress towards our goals and you’ll be responsible for sourcing and providing that data. We’ll use it to help measure and understand all the channels of Crema’s marketing in order to maximize marketing efforts.
  • We are a nimble team. There will always be ad-hoc projects and tasks we all lend a hand on.
