Usability is a non-negotiable factor when considering the creation of an app.  Usability takes into consideration a number of factors:

  • UX User experience
  • Ease of use
  • Customer feedback
  • User monitoring and usage patterns
  • Testing

Usability is rarely perfect.  It is the process of creating, releasing, measuring, and learning iteratively what works best for your customers.  Analytics, user metrics, and user testing are great ways to gather data on the usability of your product. At Crema, we test both usability and usefulness of our products early and often. This means creating prototypes, release staging builds, and monitoring feedback loops and usage patterns in productions.  A great user experience is never 100% finished. As the hardware and software changes, customer expectations change, and distraction is around every corner.  Need help testing the usability of your product? or Interesting in testing a new usable idea?  Let's set up a Strategy and Alignment Session!
