Pamela has been with Crema since 2018 and brings over a decade of UX design experience. She holds a BS in graphic design and has worked on countless noteworthy projects for brands like Sprint, Spirit Airlines, H&R Block, and Bloomscape. At Crema, Pamela focuses on elevating the design practice, helping designers on her team become strategic thinkers, and establishing processes and systems that increase design quality and facilitate collaboration across teams. Her approach emphasizes experimentation and innovative thinking to overcome technical limitations. Pamela is also the Friends of Figma KC Chapter advocate and an AIGA mentor.
